Wow you people are all ugly. Maybe do your job, just because other areas choose not tom perform and point fingers you all should think about the patient. What if that patient was one of your family members?? Stab each other in the back after you make sure patients are taken care of. This is why you will never capture the market, because your culture sucks.

Six months ago this was a miserable place to work in spite of an amazing drug, strong pipeline, very good compensation potential, and a lot of smart motivated people. I’ve never seen a company take charge of cultural issues and work so hard to turn around a negative environment. We will see how committed they are to these changes but they’ve minimized metrics and are working to share info we have been asking for since launch. Minimizing the metrics has changed the culture to no accountability and created a current environment of fingerpointing and no action.
You can fix the culture without doing detrimental process changes that affect HCP's and patients. Seems you all forgot the biggest part of the culture should be satisifying them, without HCP's and patients this company is going no where.

excellent points about the patient and customer. You may be a bit off on the no accountability comment. Trust me, people will be held accountable. Don’t delude yourselves. Do your job, play nice, be greatful and this will be a great place. Slack off, bitch, whine and point fingers and you will be shown the door

Trust you? No one needs to work hard to sell this great drug. Add paid speakers, researchers, high gmg population and you have top reps, whatever they do.

Very weird - the first half of my comment was mine. Somehow it’s fused with someone else’s quote about no accountability. I believe there will be accountability and most if not all will hold themselves to the highest standard. It’s a team of accomplished professionals. Things are looking great here since a certain person was fired. I feel optimistic- very different from a few months ago.

Poor leaders have no incentive to improve if they have the right relationships in Belgium. This can leave people in the US struggling under poor leadership and limited development opportunities.New leadership thinks they are big Pharma You have to leave to get paid market value but they’ll bring on new people for higher than current top performers. Low range of opportunities for growth and next career steps
