BMS is so top heavy , there are VPs reporting to VPs and EDs with Director's qualifications. They need to look at these levels when they want to talk about headcout. One VP's fully loaded cost can be equivalent to more than 10 workers, who are actually essential for the work !! not just pulling phony projects to justify their existence

KR is the one to keep an eye on. This DEI threesome is evil but she took down every man above her in Pricing. And did it without breaking a sweat. Brutal!
People above her are taken down from the very top even if she suggested it. The decision is not hers. It comes from the very top and the external hire McKinsey. People with loose talk who start questioning the use of a particular function which is a nice throw into the laps of the decision makers to remove that function or people. People start saying “we don’t need them, we will do it ourselves”. This boomerangs on their face only after the layoffs are done when they realize they can’t do it. Then starts hiring of cheapos and friends of the gossip mongers. Lot of good people are lost. The ones who have jobs and know that wrong was done don’t push back to keep their own jobs. Lot of politics and jealousy which is not pushed back by the so called C suite.

Disagree. Powers is the worst. A two-bit PharmD something with zero SME in Pricing, HEOR & Access. Other than kissing up to Lurch, her skills are zero. And she has been bad mouthing him lately as well. The way she has been talking down to people, especially more recently is disturbing. If you going to replace Mancil, bring in someone more competent & unifying.

She laid me off. I don’t think her decision but not sure. Don’t think brutal describes her. But really, Did anyone think LC was a keeper in that role?

Ouch! True though. KR more competent. And understands pricing very well. Powers is nothing more than a gossip gal.
 






She has the communication skills of an imp. No expertise whatsoever. Lines are full of fill words. Geez. Get a coach woman. And stop $hit talking your boss so openly.
I hope they don’t put her in front of analysts. She would be terrible. When she speaks she gives everyone in Access a huge anxiety. Spend some money on polishing her communication skills. About time

Amy Cohen we all realize your limitations. You can’t do anything more than sucking up to MAX leadership. Make sure you address your hairline issues.
 


















The whole pricing team was awful. And Tom was a sick person.
Yeah that team was a disaster and agree LC not right guy for job. kr drew the short stick with that reorg. KR = fast learner from what I can tell (I’m in finance). Probably she’ll get the hell outta here when she sees the larger dysfunction.
