Yes. That was totally unfair. Three white dudes promoted by her. ZERO women. In fact many of them were thrown into the garbage can after being used by her.
 
























This thread has been quite cathartic in many ways. Reinforces the bad leader AP is & how she has been rewarded. The tale of many senior leaders at BMS. HR, if they have any spine, should take action. I hope Amanda Poole is reading this….

Aaron is joke especially when compared to John. Medical thinks he is a joke. He continues to insult the legacy of HEOR by talking smack. Mate take a chill pill. You like you are about to explode.
 


















This entire thread has been entertaining to read. Not to mention that 95% of it is true. The agony in VAP or MAX or whatever is palpable. The powers (no pun intended) that be must do something fast. Firing AP would be a good start. Don’t worry about your DEI metrics. The tradeoff would be much higher with her gone. Ask the folks at Eisai. They were glad to see her gone.

Aaron acts like he took down John and replaced him. That is pure BS because John retired. Aaron got the job because there wasn’t a DEI candidate immediately available. You know you have to check a box to get promoted with the BMS LT.

You are barking up the wrong tree. Leave DEI alone. Talk about competencies if you want to make sense. Tons of so called DEI in your eyes have been laid off this year and replaced with white and sometimes black individuals. Other groups have been heavily affected at BMS the same time as John. Look at the C suite, all incompetent white men who were responsible for the decision of taking down John as he did not support the useless layoffs. The layoffs should have started with the C suite for the major mess up instead of targeting the working class.
 


















Targeting one specific individual at BMS is a pointless endeavour. The company is a Clown Show from top to bottom (esp. at the top).

I'd call this place a Mickey Mouse operation, but to be honest that'd be an insult to Mickey Mouse.
