The mistake Aurora made was hiring you. He clearly hired the wrong medical writer and should haave taken a chance on M-A F...the more competent writer. The damage you did to the oncology RML team, including 10+ resignations directly related to your poor leadership will be overcome...were you on Onyx's payroll?

We hear your husband wants you to stay at home with the kids, and you are obsessed with what people are saying about you...your fair weather "friends" at Amgen want you to stop calling and asking...they are no longer interested in talking to you because you don't serve any useful purpose anymore.

Spoken like a true BA ass kisser. You can run this blog into him on Monday and shout "look sir, I am one of your deciples" Just make sure you speak loud enough so he can hear you. You of course will be on your knees with your lips placed firmly on his ass.
 




It is so true that the good onc RMLs are just cruising below radar. The STARS are doing many spreadsheets and SIMPOL data systems along with GOLE that all dont work.
Also this week it was so funny that onc RML management is having people actually interview for clinical study lead task force jobs and a competitive intelligence lead. These jobs last year you would have to beg people to take on. This year they are having people apply for them. Jesus.
I would rather clean up warm vomit than apply to one of those jobs.

Hahahahaha! Nice laugh there. That would definitely give our team a legitimate reason to bitch at BA.

On a serious note why are people blaming BA for our current situation? Look at the leadership this team has had: LG, FP, TM, MS, EF. Which one of these leaders have left the team in a better place then they had found it? It has been a death spiral. Look at our stellar field leadership of past & present TY, SC, BC, AC, both MYs, and all the green newbies. Do we really need a reason to look outside of the oncology team for the source of our problems?

You don't hear the IBU complaining since TY left and you don't hear the NBU complaining since BM left. I will wait to see if BA can get some decent leadership for this team and follow through on his promises.
 








Follow the money trail. BA provides no real leadership in the OBU because he knows enough that S & M will have a strong hand in controlling the off label selling machine. Did you have really listen to what BA says? It´s usually a pile of corporate crap while people around him are getting slaughtered. Shame on you BA for not proviiding leadership in a time of crisis!

Here´s some advice to you all. Soon the Feds will be filing charges for off label selling. As a result, it´s likely that all of the RMLs will be layed off. It´s time to bail and negotiate a new job while you still have a job, otherwise you'll be lucky to be dispensing pills in your local Target pharmacy.
