Todd has been gone for over a year. I'm in the IBU and he was a decent director. He wasn't the cookie cutter correct, PC-infused, ass licking, yes-man that is needed for the current leadership. Let's face it, if your an RML at Amgen, you had better damn well be all of the above to make it in this unit or any other headed up by BA.
Still, there is a reason that he has been at three different companies in the last two years. He must be running out of places to go ...

Everybody knows onc RML leadership is in the toilet. SC is a tyrant, MT kisses everyone's ass, SB is a train wreck, and BC is the invisible man. And everybody knows to be a manager means all you have to do is kiss up to BA and SC and say "yes" to whatever they want. And these are our leaders? NOT! Wake up and move on! I did and the grass is ALOT greener on the other side.
Amgen's directors need to go. They're all incompetent and "yes" men and women. None of them are ever going to say what's best for the team, only what makes them look good. If they knew what the field onc RMLs think of them and discuss at gatherings they would run towards the exit door. RR needs to clean house or he'll be out of a job too. Sad place to be right now.
