Who is covering all of the empty RML territories?
Why don’t our illustrious Directors (LOL), get out of their cushy offices and start helping out in the field? After all, the Onc RMLs having been doing their jobs for years! It’s about time they start getting their hands a little dirty and contribute something to this company.
Who is next to leave? Rumor I heard is there are 3 more by end of August (maybe even a manager?!)
In the study to be presented at a conference on management this weekend, almost two-thirds of the 240 participants in an online survey said the local workplace tyrant was either never censured or was promoted for domineering ways.
They faulted senior managers for not recognizing the signs of workplace strife wrought by bad bosses. "The leaders above them who did nothing, who rewarded and promoted bad leaders ... represent an additional problem."
I spent a number of years at Amgen as an Oncology RML. Since then I have "seen the light" and moved on to a real job. I did not want to sell "off label" which was promoted actively by Ann Caudell, Frank Pompous Ass Pompilio, Tim the "Kimberly" Mc Namara, and other. Screech "codename LG" was a total idiot. The best RML's from this group left along with some of the inhouse people. Now all we have left are a bunch of "douche bags" driving Jeeps. They suck and they will pay for all this in TO.
Run!!! BA, MY, SC and BC have no say in the management of the oncology RMLs. They accept a paycheck, but are grossly incompetent and are afraid of sales and marketing and losing their jobs. The RML department is a sham for off label selling! Very soon the Feds will move in and all Amgen Oncology RMLs will be laid off or fired. Don't let them taint your career for money and future nonexistent bonuses.
