Amen, amen, amen. It’s always “DEI” when a bad hire is a woman or minority. But when the bad hire into leadership is a white male, which happens ALL THE TIME, it’s never discussed that the privilege of the job assignment was given to the white man who wasn’t qualified. Abbott is filled with hundreds if not thousands of horrible white male managers who aren’t qualified. Enough already with the DEI whining.

Abbott really is the poster child of minority hiring. Not all are bad. Most are. But minority and women focused hiring clearly leads to poor performance and weak leadership. It’s a shame. And all the white men who have to report to them are demoralized. White men are obviously the stronger race and sex. It’s so clear.

It’s obvious the poster (and Marlene’s previous manager) has a MAJOR issue with minorities and women (especially those who don’t cow down to management). No big surprise to those of us who work with him.
