Women who are breastfeeding need to pump!
Women who are breastfeeding need to pump!
What, like all day? What's wrong with one pump at the end of the day after all meetings and work stuff is complete? How many days are we talking about here? A three day stretch here and there? Sounds like someone is making this sound like more of an issue than it is for $$$$ sake.
When the RSD who lives 3 miles from the office and he stays the night in a hotel...
I just did an Internet search and all the baby BF websites say you can easily bounce back from skipping a few feedings. Maybe a bit uncomfy for the day but manageable. But hey! Lets put it to the jury and milk the suit for all it's worth!
Lmao. I'm glad you did an Internet search about breast feeding. It was so much fun being late to that pumping session on my flight to the POA and leaking through my shirt on the Dallas airport. Not a problem though according to your Internet search.
Ever hear of the family leave act? You can take up to 18 months off and be home to breast feed all you want. You just need to decide what is most important to you. That's not discrimination, it's life.
There are only two female RDs watch them get promoted quickly and then females would be taking the vacated RD spots
I love how there a people commenting on breastfeeding that have no idea what they are talking about. Until you've tried to go back to work while nursing a newborn do not comment!
WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!! This is not about babys, breast feeding, overtime. This is about management and leadership that dropped the ball!!!! This company thinks its the great "boys club". Treat women like crap, undress us with your eyes, touch us, Oops! I meant to touch your arm??? The NJ leadership team needs to be thrown out PERIOD!!!! It's not about money, it"s about treating us with respect and as an equal. The fish stinks from the head down. Everyone knows what I'm talking about, remember Buffalo. Oh so sorry she got canned last month, WOW how strange!!!! Now you know why DG left!!!
My favorite part of the suit is where one of the plantiffs tells of being denied a promotion that ended up going to a "lesser qualifed" employee who had no children.
I wonder if you asked the person who got the promotion to list all their qualifications for the positiion....do you think "I have no kids" would make the list?
