$100 million class action suit

i don't understand. If DS accidentally overpays you while you are on maternity leave and then asks for it back....how is that discrimination?

Aren't you supposed to be ethical women? Wouldn't you just pay back money that was wrongly given to you?

I don't understand it

Unless you're greedy little bitches, that is

I model how many "victims" will take their "winnings" and strategically invest and help secure their financial future so they can stay at home and raise their own children instead of dropping them off at the petsmart daycare?

OR...........

Maybe just invest in some Botox and fake tits??

Hmmmmm...priorities for our "victims"

Not true at all...settlements are cheaper than court costs in most cases. There was absolutely nothing to this case, but the opposing law firm was good at this extortion game. DSI lawyers are chumps - do the math. And on the contrary, the shyster lawyers that filed the case would have gone to court if they really had something.

I also know directly from the claimants that they sat in the lawyers office and thought of outrages things to say. The lawyers even asked privately to one of the more credible claimants that only had beef with an RD or two, "Is what these other women saying really true?" She said, "No, it isn't. I used to manage two of them."

It was a combination of lawful words and actions taken out of context, contrived, embellished, and added fabricated statements.
