No trust. We are going after small indications because we are losing our bread and butter due to not keeping up and partnering with other companies, better know as arrogance.

My oncology manager at Astrazeneca. This person's behaviors have created a sense of distrust within the team, yet this manager thinks they command a high level of emotional intelligence. People are afraid to say otherwise.
Shittiest management I have ever been associated with. The executive director comes from primary care and wants to control everything.
No decisions made by the people under him, look how that has worked out, control freaks usually fail.
Trust the people you hired to do the job!
