ZB Surgical

One company cannot supply all the ortho devices for the world, economy of scales issues. Zimmers best course of action is to license Amedicas Si3N4 to its fullest so it can both make money off licensing and help speed up market adoption. Greater market adoption will aid Zimmer in selling its own products despite the increased competition. This will lead to healthy market share levels that Hanson mentioned during the conference call is his goal.

This would also be good from a public relation perspective. Zimmer, marred with years of lawsuits from patients suffering from its implants, more to come from MoP hip implants, Zimmer could help set a new standard of care. This might help Zimmer establish a perception that patients really do matter.

I interviewed for this position last week and the manager specifically cited "repless" as coming soon with Zimmer.

Since you didn’t get he job who was the manager saying we are going repless? Name? Most people saying repless are the ones going to lose their jobs for doing absolutely nothing but living off reps relationships with their docs while claiming to brass they got the business.

In rep-less, a member of Project Surgical has a name. His name is Robert Paulson. - His name is Robert Paulson (the group starts chanting...)

How many reps have left in the past year or 2? It’s clearly a concerted effort by Surgical to turn the Salesforce over and likely the scapegoat for GR, BF, JB to buy time and “rebuild”. How did so many successful reps go from being on stage to forced out?

GR’s best sales effort was selling this to ZB brass. If they even see what’s going on.

I left a nice territory for SN and honestly I am so much happier. The weight on my shoulders is gone.
