It’s sad how much BS is being forced down the throats of some great reps. Blatant desperation time with this camera. They’ve already lost some really good reps. Greg, Brad and Jon need to go.
How is it even plausible the talking heads mentioned above still have jobs? They continuously vomit canned poster rhetoric found on most high school counselor office walls. How many of these degenerates have actually gone out and sold OUR sorry product line? We have a gang of one-hit wonders who hit quota and are immediately promoted to some ambiguous position because they can't feasibly repeat their performance. And these are the individuals we are supposed to look to for guidance and expertise? I openly challenge any of our leaders to sell this bag of garbage to hospitals for one month with the terms and limitations they've placed upon us and come back with positive results. Micro-manage us all you want but at the end of the day our salesforce no longer trusts or respects this current leadership.
