It really amazes me that shareholders don't realize the surgical division lives and breathes off of cannibalization of their current business and acquisitions . Are you guys idiots? Do you not realize you're taking 50 cents to lose $12 in year one and two at the very least? Greg Roche, Do you honestly think you'll have a job after they lift up they veil?

I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope the DOJ investigates Zimmer Biomet Surgical division with a fine toothed comb. You guys are screwed. Good luck. See ya in Jail boys.

What is the sales rep turnover rate here? Look around you. How many of those faces are new? How many 5 year reps do you see?

What is the long term strategy for success? Put your head between your legs. Kiss it goodbye in 2-3 years.

ZEOS will bring us to the promise land! Zimmer Surgical is an absolute joke of a division. The people in charge can’t get out of there own way. They thought there was a high turnover last year... based on these quotas, new comp plans and bactiusre quotas I would not be surprised if there is a mass exit. Oh yeah don’t be under 80% or you will lose 50% more of your quota. Great cultural ZB surgical! Keep up the great work.
 


















yes North of 200k is very realistic. Especially if you have a strong w2 from years prior. Even stil your at plan should be around 185k and you can make a few extra sales ontop + spiffs to get you to 200k.
