ZB Surgical

yes North of 200k is very realistic. Especially if you have a strong w2 from years prior. Even stil your at plan should be around 185k and you can make a few extra sales ontop + spiffs to get you to 200k.

This division should be ashamed of itself. I can't wait to watch it all come apart this year. You've got reps who've been underpaid that over-delivered. Now it's time for the other shoe to drop. A toxic culture has been built here over the past few years and it's only going to get worse.

I'll take my 50% pay and look for a respectable job with a reputable leadership counsel.

Surgical division conference call this week to discuss improving the culture... how did that go?
Task #1 Get rid of all of our inferior products
Task #2. Sorry Brad! You gotta stay, but in a Sales Rep 1 position!

I'm sure he'll be great. You can really tell by his social and communicative skills that he would be a real asset in the field. It's specifically his sales expertise within our bag that has me sold. I can't even begin to imagine how many Pulsavacs and Tourniquets he churned out in his day as a Surgical rep.

who is excited for the mid-year meeting, going all out at the 9 again!

who will lead the pep rally....will GR make an appearance? does he still watch over the ZB Surgical army that he put in place?

The overall level of incompetency is consistent with corporate leadership. ZS has been totally outclassed by Stryker for several years running.

But with that being said, I'm just happy we have Brad Fortune. He reminds me of a poor man's Rob Riggle. And when I say poor I mean 3rd world poor. The more I think about it the more I realize he reminds me of a guy trying to be a cool Rob Riggle but sucks at all things life.

Toxic Culture. A recipe for bad things to happen.

Don't worry my wayward children. This division will be soon be disseminated and given back to recon. Greg Roche built a house of cards and jettisoned away leaving you all holding the proverbial "bag". He literally set you all up to fail and paid you less over the past few years to accomplish his personal goals. The sad part is none of you will do anything about it. Now get out there and sell some Bactisure!! Ha ha ha ha

I think the word you're looking for is "decimated". With that being said, There's nothing we can do about our mediocre leadership as reps. You speak up and you will certainly be given the axe. Yes, we're all miserable in this toxic environment which is why the majority of us are looking for positions elsewhere. They can try shoveling this nonsense to the ASR's and hope they are too enthralled by $100k to notice the wool being softly pulled over their eyes.
