Let's first bring back all the "A" players we got rid of, make right with all the employees we unfairly treated, and get rid of the horrible management at the top and their decision making created this mess in the first place. Then we can discuss this in a "civil" way. Otherwise, it's like trying to negotiate with Hitler. It ain't the negotiation process that's the problem.

Now that I've become uber wealthy, created a toxic culture, lied to all of you, tried to take away your hard earned reputation and contacts to sell a piece of marginal junk, ignored your pleas for years, made you spread our lies to your local community for our benefit, made your life a living hell with bull shit market expectations pulled straight from marketing's ass without any validation from our customers at the local level, sent you into the closet with tech support's continued lack support, charged patients exorbitant amounts of money for a life insurance plan that works for 1% of people, only 50% of the time, lured you away from solid careers with a shit stain on your resume and kicked you to the curb after 18 months....

$150K? Thats a stretch and i only wish I was that lucky. Did about $115 and I'm re-soling my shoes again...for the third time. Cheap ass bastards pay less than the Dodge sales man at the local dealership. What a travesty being employed here
 






This is a leadership that tells it's account coordinators and intake specialists to lie to territory managers about policy changes and just start to adopt them but don't tell them about it and are actively told not to tell TMs about it, should show you in a nutshell what this company is operated and how fucked up it is.I have had an account Cordinator quit and an intake specialist quit , both of them called me the day after quitting and told me that they constantly have weekly meetings in corp about how to lie to the territory managers and keep things from them just so they don't hear us bitching about it. Transparency? I am literally embarrassed of this company , embarrassed of our customer service, embarrassed of the device, and embarrassed that I even work here and that it is on my resume

Good for you. The only difference now 5 years later is that you wouldn't have made the 200K. Now you're lucky if you bring in anything more than your 75K base, as the quotas grow out of control so fast.

Upper leadership comes up with the new rules for account coordinators and intake specialists to make it more difficult or should I say even more difficult than it already is, to get orders dispensed.ok, are you following me at this point or did I already lose you? next, they are instructed by the heads of account coordinators and intake specialists to not say anything to the territory managers out in the field because they don't want us to get in a uproar and fight them on anything. The reason they do not want us to fight them on anything is because they know that it's idiotic, and does not make business sense, and they keep things secretive. This company's leadership acts like kids on an elementary school playground. The reason they act like elementary kids on the playground, is because upper leadership at this company are the very kids they got beat and bullied all the way through their school years, and now they feel like they have power badges and feel like there something special and they're still trying to make up for their loser nerd precollege years. Ie, ML spends more time at Annual sales meetings walking around looking to see who's on their cell phone and yelling at them about it instead of addressing the real issues and talking about real things that have relevance. That example ML at meetings, is a perfect example of how the leadership operates within this organization. It's a dead giveaway. It's pathetic. It's embarrassing. We will see how great your power badges are in a year or two.

Lab tech , x Psr here. I quit being a PSR on the side because the doctors started bitching at me constantly about all patient issues with the device so I quit because I couldn't take it anymore. To the idiot post quote above, Well "smarty pants " , Nice choice of words by the way you freaking dork! 2 saves a day? so you continue your marketing lies even on Café Pharma? I have never seen a company get away with lying so much, falsifying statistics, and selling on wishful thinking and smoke and mirrors. You people actually believe your own lies, which is even a scarier characteristic than anything else. This place is such a "want to be" device company and is a total loser pot in the medical device sector. All of the intelligent people with a brain and business savvy are working with REAL device companies like medtronic , St. Jude medical, Boston scientific. Zoll lifevest is where all the losers that can't break into any of the true CRM companies end up. Truth truth truth, it stings huh?

This is not a salesman's dream product, nor is this a good company to work for. You are part of the problem. Stop telling lies to people to get them to join this place. Stop telling your reps lies once they get here. Your "2 saves" per day is also a lie, as some of those "saves" are not real saves. You lie about what a save is. You don't tell people anymore more how many LV patients there are as customers can quickly figure out with how many "saves" and how many patients that it's still 1% or less of patients that actually get saved, this means that 99% of the time a doctor could do nothing and be right. But thank you for the laughs with this post. Everybody knows that some of the managers just post more lies on this site because more people are finding out what this company and leadership team is about.

Matter of fact pad the bill a little and bring some din din home to the family. Of course you doing all of this because for the first year it's possible to make your quota and after that the company pays you shit for all the hard work you did in year one. So why not work your territory from your car while you sell your products for your new company that actually gives a shit about keeping you around for more than a year. What the hell are you talking about? The guy/ girl is telling you to get another job and sell the vest on the side. Sounds good to me. I know people who are. They took jobs In something other than cardiology, so there is no confusion by their customers.

I'm a PSR that works in a lab as an EP tech as well. One of the cardiologists said to me the other day that I shouldn't be doing fittings and working for a company that calls shocking somebody out of VT a save that most likely would have self terminated on its own. He said the device is a total scam. He said after 12 years of being on the market they still have no outcomes or clinical evidence of reduction in mortality. Why is that ? He said there is not one other medical device, especially a supposedly life-saving device, that after 12 years on the market has absolutely no studies showing clinical evidence of positive outcomes. The 1%, which is already ridiculously low, of patients that are saved by the lifevest, if you subtract out how many of them were shocked for VT that would've self terminated, and then subtract the patients that were shocked for V fib and didn't live longer than three months after their shock do to end-stage heart failure and pump failure anyway and no defibrillation would keep these people alive long term. It would be eye-opening and Medicare would pull reimbursement within the next six months if they actually look at things closer. Medicare and the commercial insurances will recognize this very soon. I have to fight for my payments for doing PSR work, nothing I send in is right, everybody fights me about everything, and none of my doctors use the lifevest anymore anyway so I don't get much work so F it.
