Upper leadership comes up with the new rules for account coordinators and intake specialists to make it more difficult or should I say even more difficult than it already is, to get orders dispensed.ok, are you following me at this point or did I already lose you? next, they are instructed by the heads of account coordinators and intake specialists to not say anything to the territory managers out in the field because they don't want us to get in a uproar and fight them on anything. The reason they do not want us to fight them on anything is because they know that it's idiotic, and does not make business sense, and they keep things secretive. This company's leadership acts like kids on an elementary school playground. The reason they act like elementary kids on the playground, is because upper leadership at this company are the very kids they got beat and bullied all the way through their school years, and now they feel like they have power badges and feel like there something special and they're still trying to make up for their loser nerd precollege years. Ie, ML spends more time at Annual sales meetings walking around looking to see who's on their cell phone and yelling at them about it instead of addressing the real issues and talking about real things that have relevance. That example ML at meetings, is a perfect example of how the leadership operates within this organization. It's a dead giveaway. It's pathetic. It's embarrassing. We will see how great your power badges are in a year or two.
