look it's a terrible place to work with horrible egotistical, entry-level management (top-bottom) inefficient "process", no leadership to speak of, shitty product, reputation and deplorable treatment of patients and providers. I won't even go into how they treat their own....

OK, so if that original poster title of this thread is not hogwash and you do tell the truth, then why can't you respond to anything with intelligent responses that discredit what the original poster posted???? I'll tell you why you don't, because it is all the truth. And that my friends is the proof that everything in the original post of this thread is very accurate and the truth.

exactly. this place is unreal. i've never seen anything like it. dysfunctional doesn't begin to describe it. the revenue/commission credit process could not have been developed by someone with any remote experience/education in the area. this company is so far outside industry standards, it has no idea how messed up it is. there is no department i could point to and say it is running properly. operations, reimbursement, comp plan, logistics. everything is being made up as they go. and oh, the arrogance. i've also never seen such arrogance. people with little or no expertise set policy for the whole company and look at anyone with a different opinion as someone to isolate and get rid of.

I just left SJM in CRM making great money to join the Zoll team. It's because I believe in this company and it's vision. Our strategic, forward thinking leadership makes SJM look like the insane clown posse. Be grateful you have this opportunity and seize the day!

This place is such a bunch of lying losers. So now upper leadership posts on Café Pharma saying that they are from SJM and came here. Totally making stuff up to try to counter all the negativity on the site and make it look like great people from great companies are coming to Zoll. Give me a fucking break. Anybody that reads and believes this horseshit, deserves to stay at Zoll and deal with the consequences, or go to Zoll and be severely disappointed, because you're freaking idiot too. What totally discredits this post is, "I believe in this company's vision, our strategic for thinking leadership makes Sjm Customer Service clown, be grateful you have this opportunity and seize the day!" This quote just proves that upper leadership comes on Café Pharma and posts threads to counter all the negativity. Nobody that quit a big CRM company is coming on Café Pharma board and typing a sentence like that. That is totally written by some jerk off manager or someone at upper leadership to counteract all the negativity on the site so they can keep hiring people as people quit. Why don't you stop coming on Café Pharma and posting stupid posts to try to make it look like this is a great place to be, and work on trying to get a real actual study completed so we have something to sell on? Oh I'm sorry I forgot we can't get that accomplished because everybody drops out of the study because the device is such a pain in the ass with huge co-pays and is nothing but a nightmare for our customers and patients. Hey Zoll...to set the record straight. I am from CRM (SJM actually!) and a sales guy I know were talking. Look, no one from CRM goes to Zoll willfully. The Lifevest is a laughable joke. People only land there because they washed out of CRM for a variety of reasons and are just collecting a salary. The vest is a joke! A complete joke! Anyone who has landed from CRM was hired because some nit-wit manager with zero experience thinks that flipping a relationship to use that thing works longterm. Anyone from CRM there is 1.) enjoying a smaller territory 2.) No call 3.) a lot less clinical stress 4.) just sucking a base salary while they build something or find something else 5.) just want bene's for family until next steps 6.) Hang head in shame that this is what it has come to.
You have no data, no leadership and zero credibility. Your managers shouldn't even be allowed to interact with clinical staff let alone speak or think.
