Worst RD Stories at Supernus













The national growth rate is paying nothing in bonus. Is this normal at a pharmaceutical company?

If this were true, it would not be normal. What is also not normal is someone at this company unable to do elementary math. The fact that you even said this makes you completely moronic. If you are at pace with the nation using the current monthly report, the least amount of money you would make is 6k per quarter which is not including the special incentive or retention bonus based on how you did in your zone. This is also exactly what we were told in the interview, Supernus budgets an average payout of 6k/qtr. Get with the program or get out.

I hate it here. I feel my base is low for a neuro sales specialist and our drugs are the definition of me too. I am just getting tired of spinning these XRs into the game changers that they aren’t! Top it off with the poor communication from corporate, poor pipeline, and an RD that doesn’t provide any value and I’m over it. Hoping I get a cal back from interviewing for this ALS launch or from the narcolepsy launch. I had to lie about my base to make them think I was valuable. Told them I get 90 a year and they said good they start at 98!?!?! I’m only making 78 here base after 3 years. Oh and they offer 4 weeks vacation to start jumping to 5 after 2 years!!!

I'm sure Supernus budgeted $6k in bonus for Q1, did reps earn $6k in bonus for Q1? Saying a company has a certain amount budgeted for bonus really means nothing. What is important is what is attainable. Yes, Q2 was better but how difficult is it to grow off an atrocious Q1. We are short of projections if that doesn't spell out the reality for us reps what does!!!
