Have you seen them in action in the field?Nobody here at supernus not in an RD role would be qualified and I guarantee nobody from Supernus will go to SK. This won’t be by choice. SK will have the pick of the litter from UCB, Lundbeck, and Sunovian. They won’t want some primary care reps that push migraine generics. Sorry to burst whoever’s bubble this is and anyone here who thinks they can just jump to another neuro specialist position because your business card says so. We’re not even close and because of that is why I hate it here so much.

Also, other companies are starting to see supn reps are easy to recruit. Just wait until after bonus day

This surprises me. I don't know why anyone would want to leave. You hate that writers you cultivated no longer support your bonus? Hate that there’s no paternity leave and maternity leave is sub industry standard? That you have to make bedroom buddies with new friends every 3 months? That stock dropped below “option” price for most reps and is worthless? That managers think neuros should be talked to like kindergarteners? I mean, I could go on, but do I really have to? It’s the truth buddy whether you want to believe it or not. Used the info to put a rep on warning, then fire. Another got fired with no warning for faking calls. Do it at your own risk, but some check up on you. Same zone. Different rds. But more importantly if you want to make money, make some calls on Friday. Nobody is going to hire you out of here if you’re a bottom performer. Or, keep doing it, cause it makes the rest of us look better at this bottom feederLOL gtfoh with that

I’m a rep and I’m interviewing to get out of here. Partly because the culture has gotten so sad. I’m not blaming the reps for that either. Can’t get around it with hopeless leadership that’s either too busy reliving glory days or too green to know any better. Nobody can thrive that way. And yes, Spending money to ship us every 3 months to a fancy hotel is bs.Then hearing the equivalent of we don’t know what to do we hoped you guys had ideas was crap. That’s why I’m interviewing. What we should really be focusing on is downsizing or all out eliminating marketing. I love their Q3 marketing campaign: "have the reps tell us how they are going to keep their message fresh midway through the quarter. This is nothing short of pathetic.
