Jokes on you. RDs at Supernus are less qualified than the reps. Have you seen them in action in the field?

Also, don’t try to kill the dream. We’re all headed out and this was a great starting place. SK recruiters are already reaching out, so whoever said they’re not, sorry you haven’t been contacted. Also, other companies are starting to see supn reps are easy to recruit. Just wait until after bonus day

Listened to Bernie Sanders interview today about how drug companies keep coming out with these me too drugs and not adding value to the system because they charge the same price as new molecules. Made me think about how much I hate it here and how our pipeline is a JOKE just filled with future XR candidates.

The point you “listen” to anything Bernie Sanders says is the best joke I’ve heard all day. The jokes on you. You definitely love pushing drugs that are “free” since people like minded to you think everything should be “free”.

This surprises me. I don't know why anyone would want to leave. You hate that writers you cultivated no longer support your bonus? Hate that there’s no paternity leave and maternity leave is sub industry standard? That you have to make bedroom buddies with new friends every 3 months? That stock dropped below “option” price for most reps and is worthless? That managers think neuros should be talked to like kindergarteners? I mean, I could go on, but do I really have to? We’ll miss you bro

Rockville has had opportunities to invest in our products over the years but have chosen no to do so. As a result we have been promoting these products for 7 years with no new data. Contrary to what your RD will tell you, this is not normal by Industry standards.

Rockville, I care about these products as much as you do.
 






I love fake call friday. I haven’t worked a Friday in 2 years. This is the best job I’ve ever had. Getting ready to walk in the theater and check out Hobbs and Shaw. Have a good weekend.

It’s the truth buddy whether you want to believe it or not. Used the info to put a rep on warning, then fire. Another got fired with no warning for faking calls. Do it at your own risk, but some check up on you. Same zone. Different rds. But more importantly if you want to make money, make some calls on Friday. Nobody is going to hire you out of here if you’re a bottom performer. Or, keep doing it, cause it makes the rest of us look better at this bottom feeder

RD posing as rep please stop you are humiliating yourself. Can always spot you guys from a mile away with the way you attempt to invoke fear with your "got fired with no warning".

What we should really be focusing on is downsizing or all out eliminating marketing. I love their Q3 marketing campaign: "have the reps tell us how they are going to keep their message fresh midway through the quarter. This is nothing short of pathetic.

The firings happened in the last 2 years so believe what you want but it can happen when they’ve had enough of your crap. So mind your ps and qs if you want to be a slacker. I’m a rep and I’m interviewing to get out of here. Partly because the culture has gotten so sad. I’m not blaming the reps for that either. Can’t get around it with hopeless leadership that’s either too busy reliving glory days or too green to know any better. Nobody can thrive that way. And yes, Spending money to ship us every 3 months to a fancy hotel is bs.Then hearing the equivalent of we don’t know what to do we hoped you guys had ideas was crap. That’s why I’m interviewing. Call me an rd all you want but I need good numbers to get out of here. So while you’re eating Doritos on your couch today keep looking at your sad mosaic
