Worst RD Stories at Supernus













RDs are worthless. Can someone please tell me how they contribute to the success of the company? How can companies justify their expense and salary? It’s an old position that is no longer needed. It’s the landline phone of the industry, sure, it exists but it’s completely worthless
 






The firings happened in the last 2 years so believe what you want but it can happen when they’ve had enough of your crap. So mind your ps and qs if you want to be a slacker. I’m a rep and I’m interviewing to get out of here. Partly because the culture has gotten so sad. I’m not blaming the reps for that either. Can’t get around it with hopeless leadership that’s either too busy reliving glory days or too green to know any better. Nobody can thrive that way. And yes, Spending money to ship us every 3 months to a fancy hotel is bs.Then hearing the equivalent of we don’t know what to do we hoped you guys had ideas was crap. That’s why I’m interviewing. Call me an rd all you want but I need good numbers to get out of here. So while you’re eating Doritos on your couch today keep looking at your sad mosaic


Don’t worry- Your communication skills are a dead giveaway that you arent a RD.

Can my boss please stop asking us to “refresh” our message via conference calls every week? It’s so unnecessary and annoying. Morale is already at an all time low, don’t heap stupid busywork on us at the same time. Just go approve our expense reports and tell your ZD whatever miraculous new opening you just made up that is really going to be a game changer.
