$16,000!!! The stock is worth less now than it was when I was hired. The options are worthless.

But we’ll keep that money in our bank anyway and not even buy you so much as a POA coozie with the leftovers. Because we love you and we care. We’ll try to remember to communicate better someday. I will pay you if I want to. Maybe if we screw the reps out of enough bonus earned, we will hit projections!!!! Your hiring manager should have told you honoring target selections and bonus are optional with this company.

Another example of Supernus struggling to explain things to the reps but this is a stock option to purchase so one day when you choose to exercise your option you can purchase 500 shares of SUPN at the price it was when you hired on. At this point that’s more than the current price for a lot of reps sorry to break the bad news to you champ.
 






$16k is a drop on the bucket anyway. Other companies are paying reps $20k or more PER YEAR in salary, not to mention better bonus plans. Gtfooh with that token 16k in stock nonsense

Agreed, no way Supernus stands today without the reps determination, hard work and willingness to go out every single day and get kicked in the teeth then get up the next day and do it all over again.

Hot off the press are this obscene projections of $808M, this shows just how disconnected corporate is. You expect us to grow 20% year over year when we are 2+ years into migraine. We haven't been given any new data for years, add to that the injectables are now in full stride. Every time I turn the tv on during primetime I see a CGRP commercial!!!! What world do you live in to ask for $880M?

The company doesn’t have to go on an anonymous forum, they just screw us in broad daylight!! It’s simple, they require no Pharma background so they can abuse the reps with these me2s and slave us.
