Worst Managers here?

















Umm nope not the truck couldn't care less what he drives. It's the lies and fabrication behind "needing" a truck that's the real joke. And jealous? Hardly

It truly is beyond a truck. Dysfunctional team. Dysfunctional leader. Years of lies. Years of stealing. Years of cheating NNI. People set up and fired. Everyone within three states has heard at least one or two stories about DBM manipulation. How many people have left that team in the last couple years? 5? And how many people were set up? Or about to be set up? 5. Home office was notified and they sniffed around, but too many people were scared to be the "one" to face the wrath...sounds like karma now based on these threads. I would get a resume going or look into permanent disability, I mean unconscionable behavior is usually termination...right?

So well said. In all my years of working in different environments and with different types of individuals NEVER have I experienced what has been experienced in Rochester. The underhanded, illegal, deceptive, crude, unprofessional behavior by both Dick and manager. But our entire team was no better - it was said " If Dick does not like you - then you're in trouble." So we all turn a blind eye and put up with the unprofessional behavior just to save their jobs. A true form of work place bullying. THAT IS NOT OK. It is sad that we are forced to express and report this in this forum but as other posts said what are we to do?

There's a toxic individual who continues to negatively affect this team. It's blatantly obvious

There's an extremely toxic individual on this team that negatively affects the dynamics of the district

Yeah... there's a REASON the manager was let go from her position at Takeda! Incompetent!
 
















And, once again, back to the original thread, this is the result of an ineffective, impotent, incapable manager who is hood-winked by this oppressive, overbearing personality.

Great point. She is weak, vulnerable and easily manipulated. As a woman, it is very unsettling to me that we have a leader that is not confident in herself and not a champion for other women. She continuously puts on a fake front - that pink survivor stuff is just a show for attention. It is sad that we no longer have strong women as leaders and role models within NNI.

General criticism is perfectly fine on CP but I think you crossed the line here. Keep people's health issues out of this. The real issue is how the big guy has played her and everyone else for years. That's what needs to be addressed

A woman leader needs to be a "champion for other women"? How about she be a champion for good employees? If I posted that a male leader needs to be a champion for other men, you'd have a fit about it and claim sexism. Quit drawing lines between sexes, and you might actually achieve something.
 




I use the term “manager” very loosely here. Novo is full of lousy, over paid, “managers”! Majority of these people need to GO! Let’s talk about saving money well here you go bigger districts, less managers, clean out some of these RBDs that have been here too long! Time to really clean house!

Of course. You're the expert on managers here at Novo. How many do you know? 2? Maybe 3? If you want to save money, cut the DCS 3 and DCS 4 arms. They add no value.
