Worst Managers here?

MSQZ certainly had say last November in who stayed as managers and who was shifted out west , and his pal staying in Albany . Hey manager who responded saying reps have it good !! You have it good yourself 140 base ( and that’s low ) , reps kissing your ass while you leave coffee cups in our car . You work Tuesday to Thursday at best yourself .
 




some managers are tough , 2 full day ride alongs abdcothers back their reps up others don’t it all in who is your manager ...luck or bad luck of the draw . I’m sure this company will schuffle it up again

If you can’t sell through managed care challenges, we don’t need you. We only need managed care wins. You might want to be careful if you’re the one who stands up and says you can’t sell through managed care challenges, as it won’t be hard to find someone who can.

Can't understand why BOTH Dick and manager are still around. They and the team are the laughing stock of the northeast these days. Has she stepped up and done anything about it? Prob not. She is always the first to spread blame on someone/something else. No accountability with this team or its leader.
Pitiful.
 




why do u dislike them so much honestly ? You should be profiled . Did they stab you in back ? Did they bully you ? They aren’t the laughing stock . Look at rest of NY.. you got guy in central NY that does 2 full day ride alongs with reps and his reps are doing better than Albany and Vermont and that guy does no more than 6-8 calls a week with his reps... why ???Cause he is Mikes boy . Jersey Mikes .. what a JOKE!!!

You make me laugh. Things don't turn out how you want them to so it must be "no accountability with this team or its leader." You think it; therefore, it must come to pass, huh? Get over yourself.

You do not get it. These posts regarding Dick and his Manager come from very different individuals. Personally, I was never been "done wrong" by them. Rather, I had the opportunity to see first hand the unprofessional, unscrupulous and deplorable behavior exhibited by both of them - and most importantly, the impact on each and every individual on that team. They continuously bully each and every teammate. And BTW, things turned out great - this does not come from resentment nor revenge. Rather, sorrow, pity and compassion for everyone in Rochester.
