Unfortunately it has to be since there will definitely be retaliation either way - if he is ousted then SHE will be upset. Really upset. Anonymous letters go nowhere. Believe it or not, HR actually has to interview people and confirm what you say before they fire someone. Just quit being such a fucking coward. If it's bad, then say something and own it. If not, then STFU.

Investigation?! You've got to be kidding!! There was NO INVESTIGATION. It was a kangaroo court. It was an orchestrated, fact-hiding, ass-covering dismissal of evidence if I ever saw one! None of the restaurants were contacted! None of the "Lunches" were scrutinized! No FOIA Sunshine Laws were pulled for cross reference. Any serious inquiry into the expense reports over the past 7 years would reveal Major Red Flags! So you can take your "investigation happened already" and shove it up your a$$!
