Then you haven't been reading very closely. Allegations and incidents have been stated. It's his constant way of doing business. He breaks every rule. Rules don't apply to him. The Sunshine Act was instituted because of reps like him. Mostly financial misappropriation of expense money and buying off doctors. And see how effective it has been? COE every year?! And his manager, ignoring his malfeasance.

He also drives a truck. That's what 95% of the posts have been about. Apparently, pick-up trucks are a super-hot item in his area, and everyone is jealous of him.

Umm nope not the truck couldn't care less what he drives. It's the lies and fabrication behind "needing" a truck that's the real joke. And jealous? Hardly

Ok. Sure. I guess the previous 100+ posts that mention the truck (and not the 'lies and fabrication') are what really shows what you care about. I actually feel bad for the guy - he gets a truck and you don't, so you make up a bunch of stuff about his expense reports to try and get him fired. You fail the first time, and now you're back at it again. Just buy yourself a truck and get over it.

Sorry. I'm not either. I've just followed this thread. You and your buddies are out to get this guy because he has a truck and you don't. I don't just feel bad for him. I feel bad for all of you that you can't find something better to do than spend your energy trying to get rid of a co-worker because he has something that you don't.

Errrr...it doesn't take the target of your aggression to point out that you're being an ass for spending all of your time obsessing about someone else's work ethic and pick-up truck.
