Worst Managers here?

























So well said. In all my years of working in different environments and with different types of individuals NEVER have I experienced what has been experienced in Rochester. The underhanded, illegal, deceptive, crude, unprofessional behavior by both Dick and manager. But our entire team was no better - it was said " If Dick does not like you - then you're in trouble." So we all turn a blind eye and put up with the unprofessional behavior just to save their jobs. A true form of work place bullying. THAT IS NOT OK. It is sad that we are forced to express and report this in this forum but as other posts said what are we to do?

How does this guy still have a job here? Poor goal attainment and compliance and HR violations, others have been fired for this.

This guy aligned himself with Rochester Manager. Early on. Its common knowledge that he bailed her out more than once. He does all her district analysis's - even brags about having her computer over a weekend!!!! They both have so much on each other..
 








the problem is the regional from jersey , MSQ who was tight with AA. He has favorite managers who are allowed to do whatever they want . He rides the other ones “ why aren’t you with this rep 2 days per month ? “ , or “ your not in field enough !” , then he has a few of his boyyyyyzzzzzz that came over from GSK that only work Tu-Th . And they usually go to 3 offices and call it a day. Not sure if his boyzzzz fake paperwork but he is ok with it while other managers that aren’t high on his list work their reps to death .. Look around people and at people’s resumes if the good old boys worked together years ago they are protected .. everyone knew in last layoff what manager in NY was getting cut . Then his boy got to stay close to home in Albany so he could do one day ride alongs so he could watch his kids sporting events ..more to come
 




The problem is MSQZ .. his boyzzzz that he knows from past , a few GSK pals , are now some of his managers .. he lets them do non field days with reps and other managers who aren’t his pals work in fear and fire reps and have 2 full day ride alongs..

So it is true! The guy was bragging about how important he is at the FL meeting. Blah Blah Blah. Reading all these posts - not once has anyone provided the REASON why he is Executive..why he walks (??) around like he is Number #1 in the country (from what I can tell it appears he's close to the bottom of the barrel..) and he comes off as such a know-it-all. Its common knowledge that he bullies his customers. And is very weak selling clinically.
How can he show his face (??!!) at meetings - its not like he can blend it. Really.
 




love how you all hide on CP to talk about managers but yet I bet all of you kiss their ass when around them! Amazingly people complain about Novo on here but yet still go to work everyday and glad to see that pay check! It’s amazing how the field reps here get treated like gold yet complain the most!
