So well said. In all my years of working in different environments and with different types of individuals NEVER have I experienced what has been experienced in Rochester. The underhanded, illegal, deceptive, crude, unprofessional behavior by both Dick and manager. But our entire team was no better - it was said " If Dick does not like you - then you're in trouble." So we all turn a blind eye and put up with the unprofessional behavior just to save their jobs. A true form of work place bullying. THAT IS NOT OK. It is sad that we are forced to express and report this in this forum but as other posts said what are we to do?

How does this guy still have a job here? Poor goal attainment and compliance and HR violations, others have been fired for this.
