Thats a load. HR isn't there for us as reps. My manager had been trying to push me out for over a year, but because they are so close with so many of you in TO, I was barely given a chance to even defend myself when I was accused of something I didn't do and without any proof, without anything but my managers word against mine, even though I had proof, I was let go. HR doesn't care about anyone but whoever kisses up to them the most.

I’ve know KD for a long time and don’t trust him. He plays the game and is only about himself and what makes him look good. I was stunned to hear he got a promotion.
Have a 5 minute conversation with him about work. I would wager $100 that it’s still true today as it was when we were side by side, he’s lost.

Nope, but they sit here on this thread and claim you can come to them knowing they will take the managers side, even though let's be honest, a manager is nothing without good reps. All these managers who sit here and talk about the chairmans they have won as a manger, yeah you are welcome, you won because your reps performed. As a rep I won't chairmans 3 times and was sitting in the top 10 when my manager found their bull shit reason to push me out. My manager literally told me in a one on one meeting one time I needed to get my call volume up, call volume is more important than my numbers because I need to look like I am trying more so if my numbers stay good, I need to make sure my call volume is high, no matter what it takes and by any means necessary, make it look better even if it isn't. Yeah, and I was the problem. Told HR, they did nothing, a month later, I am the one out the door.

So is one of the managers being talked about in NY that is straight toxic and you never know what will set him off still in NY or did he move to Florida a couple years ago to be a manager down there because I think some friends have him and they are all miserable and wishing him and their regional would go disappear.
