Worst Amgen DM ever?



















I recently interviewed with your Regional Business Director KD in neuroscience and (full disclosure I didn’t get the manager role) I’m shocked he’s a Director for you all. I felt like I was talking to someone with a learning disability. I found myself slowing my speech down for him to keep pace. I’m not kidding. There is no way he got that role out of skill. Reading some of these posts makes me wonder why there isn’t a Director thread .

KD wouldn’t even be a good rep at any normal company. Him as a director is embarrassing. Everyone in the west region hates him and his stupid cheesy emails about track stars and a bunch of other crap no one cares about. KD exists to be TNs puppet.

He's a yes man to TN. Most managers can run circles around him.
 












One of the managers in NC has either fired or run off more reps than any manager in the industry and yet she receives "Coach of the Year". She was also on probation for a year due to "inappropriate and unprofessional actions" just a couple years ago. She's a "protected population" though so I'm wondering if that is the biggest reason why she's constantly rewarded for bad behavior. Great job Amgen.
