Worst Amgen DM ever?

That is the Amgen way. If your manager doesn’t like you, they they will drum up some cock-a-mamie BS or twist your words and then put it in writing. At that point your screwed. You have very little recourse.
This definitely applies to K Colvin in NC. She's been doing this for years going all the way back to the Prolia days. Documented proof of her lies but she's still around to keep doing the same thing to more & more victims.

This what some (not all) managers have been doing for years. If the manager doesn’t like the rep or they are perceived as a threat, that rep will be “managed out” under made up allegations. It is truly a shame that this type of behavior is allowed (and encouraged in some cases) by upper management. SMH.

And encouraged in mostly all cases by upper management. Fixed it for you
This is usually driven from the manager directly... not upper management. Give an example of what you mean it comes from upper management. The managers are the ones that write the bullsh** FCR's and share info about the reps to upper management in first place.

Had a conversation with an RSD (BCBU) and I answered a question truthfully. The RSD told my manager and I got read the riot act for not being a team player. I guess I shouldn’t tell the truth. Lesson learned.

Your raises and promotions are controlled by your manager, your RSD and your National Sales Director but many a good representative at Amgen has been sidetracked by mostly the RSD. It is all ass kissing the right people at Amgen. Your manager can run you of the company but it is usually working with someone else above them. Always has been that way and HR is always on the side of management. It's the Amgen Way and Amgen Values.

Since we don't get paid for performance at all, the Amgen way is too suck up and manage up. Reps who work hard, sell a ton and cause no troubles will always get lower raises than those who are lazy, miserable at selling, but can kiss rear. The Amgen way. Learn it and thrive.

100% Agree. HE or SHE will make up crap about the rep's "so called" behaviors in order to give them a lower rating even if the sales numbers are in the top 10 to 20% of the field force. That's the way they can give you a lower rating and less money. We are sales people and sales is supposed to be the majority of the ratings. if the manager doens't like you she'll say your behavioirs are bad and make up crap. so not right and should not be allowed by rsd's

How about when your manager tells you during a field visit (remotely) that you did a great job. However, when the FTR is completed it has a plethora of BS things that need to be improved on. Do I have any recourse?

We would never be brothers. Nice try. I am into women.
We are brothers, and I'm not sure why you and mom are engaging in such risky behavior.

Side note: will you be delivering those Starbucks Holiday Drinks to your "customers," again? I really appreciated you buying the extras and bringing them to the Christmas party.

LJ. Used to be NJ manager. Fired for sleeping with reps and stealing $$$ off expense reports. Now a oncology manager at Daiichi. Scum moved up in the world...

Ruled by fear. Reps kissed his a.. Amgen Director JP loved him...

All true.
