More whining and bitching from the reps
Yet another arrogant dismissal from mid-upper management. You wonder why people want to leave here. Between the unconscious bias training and the lack of appreciation, it’s only a matter of time before the reps that give a crap (the ones that can actually sell something) get pushed out of here and you’ll have another faltering drug like you do with Enbrel trying to maintain market share...
You take good products/launches and botch them because your friends That suck at selling Complain long enough for you to change the IC plan so they can make a pay out for a change... And the good reps that just made you all that money then leave and go elsewhere because you didn’t reward them (while you hire all your friends for the vacancies...) then when the drug flatlines, Everyone is SO confused... what happened?!
great job not rewarding success, mediocrity breeds mediocrity... let’s make a new sales aid with no new data, that will surely change things!!!
