Agree. But there seems to be this one douche on here trying to pick fights and act like he’s holier than thou. It seems all the new rd’s, zd’s or those filling in as a zd, are extremely challenged in how to be leaders. Aside from that this is a cultural problem that starts at the top. The company isn’t what it used to be and the only reason more reps haven’t left yet is because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Supernus will have a big problem down the line if they can’t fix the morale here. Hint - start with your “leaders”.

Oh Please! You were and remain entry level Pharma reps. We hired you with zero experience, trained you to do a job for a period of time and you have effectively hit a wall with what you can produce.

Until, like I said, they bounce because trust me - younger, inexperienced reps will act entitled in their first big boy job. And all that time you spend trying to obtain self worth we will be out making double your salary because now we have experience - like you said- and know we are worth more.
