I can't disclose the tracker we were subject to last week (just in case); suffice it to say it would make a primary care rep selling acid-reflux meds cringe.

They bought a Porsche (Leqvio) and they drive it like a Yugo.
It will be better for everyone after they clear out the division and bring in 23 year old metric-stooges who don't know any better.

Leqvio is definitely no porsche. Its a Ford in a class of Chevy and Dodges.

start preparing now and apply for jobs. This was the same in oncology and ms space. Was told minimal disruption to areas, etc. our entire team was nearly dissolved-no regard for performance and rankings. Complete opposite of what was communicated for months.
 




















A little fYI- the root cause of this situation is incredibly incompetent due diligence by NVT during the purchase, and TMC hiding known intel on the actual clearing transaction prices of competing PCSK9 in market access environment. To say NVT overpaid for the asset is the understatement of the century.

Then the arrogance of current market access and pricing strategy that simply looks hilariously naive to contracting customers. The deck is so loaded against the sales team, its like everyone in mktg is simply going through the Basel approved launch playbook. The charge of the light brigade…
 




























yes they did get enhanced severance

did they get same termination date of january 27 2023 or did their termination date begin immediately? asking because they were specifically excluded from the voluntary severance program then canned 24 hours later despite being field. novartis was able to escape the requirements of the WARN act by firing less than 50 and just canning 47. i am curious as to whether the field firings will be done this way to save money or if novartis will do the right thing and give everyone the same january 27 termination date. earlier termination date is a big difference in money and benefits for those affected. maybe this explains why field reps are not eliguble for the volunteer program?
