WISHING EVERYONE THE BEST ON UPCOMING LAYOFFS !!!

It's funny how people in sales think the FRMs are useless and don't do anything but yet countless sales reps are trying to get FRM jobs. You don't know SHIT, there is no book for what we know, our knowledge comes from years of experience in various reimbursement positions. You couldn't resolve an issue that wasn't in your billing and coding guide. You can't sit with us, hater.

Up to 8,000 employees to be slashed!!! This is going to be an insane ride this year!!!

He stated 5-8k employees, which is probably a big lie. They will probably freeze for the next few month and then still fire 10k. You can’t believe anything they say, they are crooks. Everyone should be looking elsewhere right now.

listen to the investor call about the new model from early april. interestingly, NO news media is reporting what harry kirsch said.... the estimated savings by 2024 is $1B. HOWEVER. the COST of the reorg is estimated to b $1.5B, all recognized in 2022 and 2023.... overall this reorg move is a LOSS of at least $0.5B by 2024.. think someone may have paid off the media to ignore this small thorn... investors did not miss this... so many hardworking field folks in the US field just pawns in the "save Vas's job" dog and pony show...

Back office (finance, P&O…), sales and marketing all at risk across all geographies. With hiring freeze it could be 10k jobs. Start looking elsewhere, the axe is falling soon.

Pleas fire whoever found that Storyvine vendor for the stupidest waste of time and money. Do an investigation into how much of a kickback the Novartis Director received from a storyvine for this useless app.

Entresto and leqvio are both growing
Yes.

BUT, will Leqvio grow enough to be truly profitable?
How much did they pay for this from the Medicines Company? This is the biggest hurdle to overcome.
How much does the sales force cost?
How much is all the marketing materials cost?
How much in insurance rebates does the company give back tonthebinsurance payers?

Growing YES. But will it ever be profitable in the crazy timeliness Novartis wants? NOPE.

Leqvio launched three months ago. Of course it is "growing".

Here's the thing: listen to what senior leadership says carefully and you'll see they aren't happy.

They say they are " pleased" and "encouraged" with Leqvio numbers, but they never provide them.

Never.

They can recite Entresto numbers in their sleep (and probably do), but they rely on empty cliches to mask how awful things with Leqvio are.

This is bad, and the timing of the 8K jobs being cut is not coincidental.

Whoever signed off on the Leqvio launch plan should be held accountable for the lackluster performance. But instead they are pointing the finger at the sales force. Duane’s answer to this is with RELENTLESS coaching. Come one Duane, you know HCPs are clinically sold on Leqvio but they cannot acquire it!!! Shame on you! You and the others should be in a RELENTLESS pursuit of a better launch plan! STOP counting beans and do YOUR job!
