I have talked to accounts that are switching to competitive bipolar electrode manufacturers for their TURP & TURBT procedures.
The hospitals and surgery centers are tired of being held hostage by Olympus.

Can anyone please respond as to why Peter Crowley or Nils Ericson have not been fired as of yet?
How is this possible to have such awful leadership for so long, and nothing ever changes? OCA fires tons of sales reps but nobody in upper management. What kind of message does that send?

Sean Moore you have a brand issue. I think it is time for you manage yourself out if Olympus. We do not respect you , we do not trust you and most of all you do not help develop us ! A real Leader wants his Rvp , his Reps to grow. You have literally demotivated all of us !!!!!

so make up your numbers. Thats easy. You can doctor just about any form these days. Fuck Olympus. They don't care about you. Take care of yourself and only deal with reputable recruiters. Most recruiters know exactly what is going on inside of Olympus. If they treat you disrespectfully, then fire them on the spot and work with someone who is positive and on your side.

Dear Management,

I think I'm safe in saying that pretty much nobody in sales likes any of you assholes. Do you get that vibe at company meetings and when you work with your guys, that there is a deep loathing beneath the veneer when you are with your reps, or when AVP's are with their RVP's and reps?

You are hated, and for good reason.

Management at Olympus is much like a cancer growing in the body. It destroys life and hope.
It is time for the remainder of reps to resign and walk out of Olympus.
