Why Resignations are Happening

Crack Head loves the reduction in staff. Only issue is work ain’t getting done. The company has been destroyed morale and reputation wise. The Post COVID attitude has a lot to be blamed on this. India will gladly take on the work load.
Crackhead has never been able to be fully staffed because on top of being a drug addict, she's a psychopath.

Why can’t they hire staff? Well Headhunters ask me all the time “what the hell is going on there”. The companies reputation is definitely shot. Who is desperate to come to a company you have to get dressed up for, and be in the office 3 days a week. Maybe 20 years ago that would fly. 2 interviews tomorrow, wish me luck. One requires an office visit once a quarter, the other fully remote, unlimited PTO

There were employees who left who were great employees and made a positive impact. There were also employees who we were happy to say goodbye. Hang on kiddos. I hear of good things to come.

Time to wake up Management. The employee world has changed. Changes will be coming from us. If you do not change we will change it!

Open your eyes!!!!

Pizza, ice cream and Food Trucks do not build morale.

Stay tuned.

Being treated like a prisoner is no longer acceptable .

We had a secret vote and will recommend the Board of Directors to relieve the CEO and CFO of their duties as of 15/11/22.

You treat adults like kids, we play like kids.

See ya.

HR concentrates on keeping salaries at minimum and taking perks away. Why'd everyone lose 2 sickdays again?
With inflation up at record numbers, it might be a good idea to increase salaries to market value. Companies are offering excellent compensation packages plus perks and work life balance. We can't afford to stick around and wait for "possible" changes. Plus, HR does all possible to stunt employee growth. What good are company learning classes if they don't affect ones career or pocket? Tallent value is nonexistent at Taro.

There are no perks. Why can’t we voluntarily work at home 4 days a week? Why can’t we wear jeans to the office? Why can’t we work Flex Time? It seems that the M.O. of H.R. is to provide free food perks. That was nice 30 years ago, but times have changed. How can you make an organization desirable for new candidates? Right now they bring in the bottom feeders, the ones desperate to get a paycheck. Such a sad state of affairs.

Changes For Talent Retention
1. Ensure ALL not just new are paid well.
2. Hybrid 2 or 3 days in office with flexibility.
3. Casual dress code
4. Return the 2 days sick time that you stole and add more. Some companies offer a birthday PTO and a Summer Day.
5. Make sick time PTO time like every other company has done.
6. Summer Early Fridays hours.
7. Early end of day before a Holiday.
8. Deal with toxicity instead of sweeping it under the rug.
9. Value, encourage and promote hard working employees.

People who the company thought would never leave, have easily found new and better jobs. Turnover will continue until the company changes with the times. Most employees like the company and only leave due to what the market is offering.

Beautifully said, unfortunately will never work in a non western world driven culture. There definitely needs to be tweets in Sunology principals.
