Too much time spent on making money rather than focusing on human elements. Very sad to say the least, poor business ethics.
We are not making money either. Have you seen the stock price?

Nostradamus says:
I see a mighty giant retreating to the weeping willows. The giant will delist itself and send all of its operational team to the mother country. All that is left in the land of the free will be a team selling goods. The mighty three story structure will be sold for a premium. Senior Management will disengage their parachutes bringing them the unfortunate tasty fruits of their ineffective leadership. This will all take place on 31/3/23.
I take it you haven't noticed that the troublemakers with too much time on their hands have nothing better to do but fabricatewhy are you so confident of 31- march -23?

Have they replaced all the people who left yet?

This.......However, unfortunately the HR primary focus is to fully support toxic leadership. Nothing will change until toxic leaders and ill functioning HR members are walked out of the building for good.Talent retention is a big deal. It costs more to hire new than to keep good talent happy. Want to retain talent? Pay competitive salaries then add a little more. Provide work life balance and flexibility. Put an end to understaffed departments which causes burnout. Put those who are creating a toxic environment in their place or show them the door. Nothing kills morale more than watching you tolerate high salaried toxic leadership. Another suggestion, provide a snack and learn on manners. You know, how to say hello, good morning, stop speaking down to others no matter what position you hold. No one is better than anyone and everyone is replaceable so cut the bullshit. Enforce respect instead of how many hours is an employee sitting in an office or what they're wearing. Join todays times, people aren't tolerating nonsense anymore.
That's a good startCouldn’t have said it better. Time to get rid of the bully senior managers. Make them Project Swift victims.
That's a good start
Doing the same things and not offering staffers more year after year yet expecting different results. Brilliant. Things are about to get worse. More resignations within the next couple weeks.Place is a fucking understaffed organization. So much work not getting done across the board. QBR going to be a poop show.
We don’t care. You don’t matterDear HR,
We all know that you're clueless as to what it takes to do the jobs that you hire for and have only respect for those as toxic as you are. But, have you bothered to give thought to what happens to remaining staff members as employees resign?

I see they are still going with the "if you don't like it here then leave" thinking that started the first wave of resignations five years ago.
And no, they aren't going to replace those people with high quality employees since everyone in the industry knows to avoid this place.
Anyone see that guy up here. He lasted a week in ML group. Heeeee Heeeee.
