Why is Amgen IC so bad?

That is awful. I cannot believe that they treat reps in this manner. Email IC and cc your ED. Let them know that you will no longer entertain their incompetence.
 




Do they ever get dermatology numbers correct? My baseline has been changed 11 times since October. Then they put out some "final" ranks and they are wrong again? Get my damn multiplier correct. It's not that hard!

How long can incompetence be tolerated?

No one believes Amgen numbers. Our IBU counterparts on tell us, "told you so". "you don't work at Amgen for IC'". "it's always been a mystery to us as well. "

I feel sorry for my DM. She is being lied to as well.

Thank you Amgen. Multiple raises during the year for the fourth straight year!
 




Just a steady history of errors. Wrong baselines. Wrong goals. Wrong SGA. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Eventually you dermatology whiners will realize no one works here for their IC check. The rest of us realized long ago that IC is a clown show. Just accept it's a mystery bonus and TN will eventually get her hands around it and re-work it so that there isn't a nickel's worth of difference between the top 10% and the bottom 10% in pay. Then you will focus on more important measures like capped call frequency, commercial enrollments, RTE open rates, etc and whatever else ZS sells TO.

Don't worry. Your lobotomy is almost complete.
 








The problem is not going to get fixed. It's an institutional problem. IC works for ZS like a bunch of slaves. They jump when ZS says anything and if they need to ask ZS for any clarifications, they get charged for it.

IC doesn't care about Sales, they only care about their masters, ZS.

Ask any of them anything and they are grumpy and defensive. Worst job on the planet.

Meanwhile,ZS is laughing and smiling knowing their contract with Amgen is one of the most lucrative around.
 








Keep changing people around and still get the same results. Bottom line, no one believes IC and Amgen IC is 100% demotivating. We all know it's inaccurate but if you question anything, you get looked into.

Our numbers suck. Their reporting. Not what they actually are.

Firing Grady and Carey solved nothing. Nothing. Amgen doesn't care about IC.

let them eat cake.
 




IC is so bad because Amgen IC trusts everything ZS sends them and just accepts it as the gospel despite decades of screw ups - they then publish this crap for the field and admonish them when they point out the errors.
