I used to think these posts were funny but now I'm just really pissed that DS is still at the company. He's costing me accounts because he can't follow-through. He has no reimbursement strategy, no cpt code, no plan...nothing. And I'm supposed to jump hoops for this guy? Am I the only one in sales that thinks this way about DS? I'm ready to walk if DS is not gone soon.

Let me try a different approach--

Mike, dude, it's been one month since we had a conference call with you where you promised as the new CEO to communicate more with us as a company. In return, you asked for teamwork and loyalty from us. We've kept up our part of the bargain. Now we're expecting that you will communicate some major organizational changes including marketing to right size this sinking ship.

When can we expect such a communications from you, chief?
 






If you want to work for 80-90 a year, sell a product with NO reimbursement, be micro-managed etc. then Endogastric is for you; turn-over is HUGE over here. Average tenure is 8 months. What a joke. This is the biggest joke company on the whole CP site.

WTF?! Are you kidding?! We're better off having no one at the helm of marketing than DS. If you haven't read this far: DS has become a huge liability due to his ineptitude, lacks credibility because he can't follow-through or complete anything of substance and is an all-out total distraction given his arrogance. Anyone, anything or nothing is better than having DS around.

Please please no more employees from Intuitive. TT came from Intuitive and look how he f***ed things up. He hired many from Intuitive, some good, most awful at EGS. I figure FN puts in about a half day of work for every day her bum graces a seat in the office.

We have 2 headquarters because TT didn't fell like going to Seattle any longer. Remember, TT thought there were 2 classes of employees: him and the everybody else at EGS. He always expected special treatment for himself like iphones and ibooks. He wanted swish offices. RWC is NOT appropriate digs for a start-up But TT wanted to live well and it made him feel successful to have fancy offices.
Just another example of TT doing what was best for him, not necessarily for EGS.

You're an idiot and severely underestimate the power of money and investing. The Board may well like DS and he may kill on his bi-monthly Board presentations, BUT: the investors have raised and plowed enough money into EGS and cannot afford to go thru another financing round. It's way too dilutive and anyone in their right mind would not invest a nickel in a 3 year failed go-to-market strategy.

Next Board meeting is end of June. DS will be gone for sure by July 1.
