I disagree. With DS gone, who would charm our clueless board of directors into believing that the Marketing function is actually being managed?

DS and Darla are the reason we don't have a cpt code or a reimbursement strategy. Theyre inept and incapable of any follow-through or ability execute. How can the Board allow this to continue? Hopefully DS or both will be gone shortly.

Yep. Instead they want us to sell that pre-authorization service that's a complete crock. My cases don't get approved and they don't care for AN. DS is a clown and needs to get the ax if we are going to succeed as the new CEO says we are.

Unfortunately we had a CEO, Thiery, who was taken in by DS's glib words and ass kissing. DS was always telling him how to run the company and only worked on things he felt like. Hence there were always projects he "was working on" where he got no where and used his time spinning his wheels onwhat he thought wasimportant.

The Board didn't care about TT's inappropriate behavior. They knew about it all along and let it continue unabated. They paid off Kimberly $150,000 in Spring '09. And knew about Mallory for certain by Nov.'10. Don't know if Mallory is still getting her paycheck. They also knew that TT had made a pass at and groped an employee. In all cases they did nothing or paid the women off.
TT was fired was sales were abysmal and the company was bleeding too much money under his watch. Cafepharma had nothing to do with him getting canned. Rather this Board has been a savior for the many EGS employees spread across the country. It has helped us realized that what we were thinking and how we were treated has been corroborated by other employees.
