So to recap.
We have a new CEO and CFO. But, sales and marketing remains the same old thing. Sales have been just as lousy after as before their arrival. Guys!, the old strategies don't work. How much more evidence do you need? How long do you need to go on beating an old horse? We thought you guys were smarter than that.
So what is management doing about it? Where is the new marketing strategy? Where is the new sales strategy? When will we get a CPT code? Any progress on that?
The answers to these questions are either nothing or who knows.
Senior management, you are given the big bucks to make the hard decisions. Get to work and turn this place around. Stop blaming it on the sales people. It is not them. And, the product works. So it must be you.
