why does this company even have its own board?







Don't reduce this board to this kind of c*ap. I'm still waiting to hear about any achievements DS has done other than return two calls this week. Well?

He returned 2 phone calls this week. That's the most calls he's returned in 5 weeks! Returning even 1 phone call is an incredible accomplishment for DS. So I'd say he has more than doubled his productivity.
 


















DS is worthless. The most unprofessional person I've encountered in my work career. If he's kept another month than it's a poor reflection in the future of EGS.

DS isn't going anywhere and neither is this company. Who's currently in charge of this company anyway? Hello, Mike? You're making me miss TT and that's not good.
 






I understand that there is a Board meeting on Friday. Let's see if our narcissistic VP of Marketing continues to charm our clueless Board of Directors or it they actually ask him to explain the company's lack of progress. Maybe they might even ask him to explain what he has accomplished with reimbursement in the last 3 years.

Everyone, including the Board, knows what DS has accomplished in the last 3 years. NOTHING! Nothing in reimbursement, nothing in marketing, nothing at all! God only knows why the Board continues to support this bozo.
 


















The reason why no one asks questions on the call is because both CM and DS are so removed from the field it's not even funny. They bark orders to their middle management team and that's it. Then in front of MK they try to act like they are so caring and understanding. BS! If I was MK I would call each sales person and ask them what they would say about both these idiots. He would be very surprised. Today's call should've been a big clue. Am I wrong?
 






So to recap.
We have a new CEO and CFO. But, sales and marketing remains the same old thing. Sales have been just as lousy after as before their arrival. Guys!, the old strategies don't work. How much more evidence do you need? How long do you need to go on beating an old horse? We thought you guys were smarter than that.

So what is management doing about it? Where is the new marketing strategy? Where is the new sales strategy? When will we get a CPT code? Any progress on that?

The answers to these questions are either nothing or who knows.

Senior management, you are given the big bucks to make the hard decisions. Get to work and turn this place around. Stop blaming it on the sales people. It is not them. And, the product works. So it must be you.

Interesting. But, DS never returned my phone calls or any phone calls from my Doc's. So what does it matter if he is in the office or not? He still accomplishes nothing.

We have put our careers on the line for this company, and we want it to succeed. Senior management in Sales (CM) and Marketing (DS) GET TO WORK AND PRODUCE SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!
 












Forget it. Nothing is going to change as long as DS is running Marketing.

We will believe the changes when we see them. So far no changes or improvements are evident. We are still waiting.
 






Some businesses are just destined to fail no matter what, and EGS is shaping up to be one of them. The problem continues to be the Board and Senior Management making horrible decisions one after the other; not the sales force which they love to blame everything on! They will continue to hemorrhage the good people they have and alienate at every opportunity, and retain the ones that are just looking for the free-ride guarantee on quarterly commissions.

It's funny, I remember management patting themselves on the back and bragging a few short months ago about how EGS was listed in the WSJ Top 30 Venture Capital-backed companies. If you were to poll all of the employees, however, EGS would also probably rank in the Top 5 of Worst Companies to Work For!
