Why are BI oncology reps paid more than the rest of the company?

It's good to be first "we'll be the next Genentech" bullshit. Genentech will always be who they are...first. We'll always be who we are...worst. Of course some of us will be working over there laughing back at you coming around to troll your boards

Job security and overpaid. The Onc division has that over any other BI division. I'll take it all day long. Sorry about your liuck everyone else. Wish we had an opening here for you.

This company thinking they can be like Genentech is laughable. Gilotrif is mediocre, at best. The reps at GNE in several business units and franchises make way more than BI oncology reps too. Ask any rep there what their bonus is like.
They may have bigger bonuses, but I doubt their base pay is in the 160's like ours. Gilotrif may be mediocre, but who cares? It is still a paycheck.
