Who made 100% in MS Division

Can't wait until Round 2 of the screwing of bonus and kicker bonuses happens for this next trimester..... I'm retaining an lawyer if it happens again. I've already spoken to about 10 people who mysteriously lost patients and who got screwed on the kickers because they got 1's last year.......all 10 are looking for new jobs as am I....... what a sad state of affairs.

Nobody at this company cares what sales thinks.....actions spreak louder than words and NOT ONE person has addressed these issues in home office......top down management at it's best......... Get out while you can!
 












Somewhere in the back of my mind I was hoping upper management had the brains to adjust some kickers and bonus payouts to include those who truly worked their asses off and just pay people what they earned....instead "not" a damn peep out of senoir leadership. This MSBU is a laugh.........I can't wait for the right opportunity to walk out the door......Dagmar, Randy.....you guys have disappointed some of you biggest supporters....
 












Tick Toc leadership you failed. All the reps are enjoying the failure because we hate you so much. I am at the mall shopping yet I will enter 4 calls on tier 1's today whoo hoo.

Yeah pay me from T1 and now I'm getting ready for the disappointment of getting screwed out of T2.........won't be working at all T3, will be job hunting and getting out of this toxic hell hole......

Same here. I love how we had a conf call to discuss !C3 when we still have no idea how we finished in IC1. My top KOL informed me that he was gong to many of his Gilenya patients off and convert to Tecfadera because he hates Novartis so much.

I've been with Novartis for a while. Came to MS 2 yrs ago. It was a promotion but the absolute worst mistake I could make. Don't judge Novartis from MS.It's much better in other divisions.I thought I would move to NJ and retire from this company but now I just want to leave.
 








So pathetic! They gobbled up our 1.5 years of work in a week! We are toast.

10:28 AM Biogen Idec (BIIB +4.9%) gains this morning after giving an update on Tecfidera prescription performance. According to data, the drug has already garnered nearly 8% of the multiple sclerosis market through the week ended April 19, with prescriptions up 120% over the prior week. By comparison, Novartis' (NVS) Gilenya saw a market share drop to 6%. RBC sees performance on track to meet quarterly sales expectations.
 




Awesome! Off to the next company, I've seen enough of this big pharma failed leadership to take my talents elsewhere.....thanks for screwing the field Novartis. Your senior reps are leaving......you're DONE!!!!!! Hahahaha!

filling novartians in this position was the biggest mistake.
 








We here at Biogen are enjoying your pity infighting.....nothing but helping us obtain our 30% marketshare.......Your drug is done........We even discussed the threads on this site about the Novartis MS team at our National Sales meeting.....we all had a good laugh at how bad you mgmt is.....enjoy suckas!!!!!!
