Who made 100% in MS Division

Heard from my ABL the posting on Cafepharma are from a few bad eggs. No true. So many are frustrated with the MSBU leadership for every post there are 50 others who feel the same.

Got the call Friday. Not too sure if I should talk to them but I want to share information since no one from East Hanover will listen.

So true great post. This place is toxic just waiting to find something better. Leadership is a joke my ABL brings on value on his 2 day field rides. A primary care hack who thinks the MS market is the same.

I had a interviewer ask me today why I was leaving Novartis, after my third reason he was like....Oh my god, how did you last as long as you did? I ask my self the same question.
 












14,500 views 200 post I doubt it's 2 people. 90% of the salesforce would love to leave this place. I am gone once I find something better. Today I am going shopping with the girls woo hoo bitches. By the Novartis you are paying for my lunch call it a meeting.
 




The sad thing is a majority of us came from other MS companies with the promise to be on the winning team...holding the first oral med.
They sure screwed that up.
I was told by a number of reps how difficult NPC was. I didn't listen. This was to be the MS division of top sales and management.
The worst 4 years of my life. I have never been so micromanaged in a professional career.
I left 9 months ago and realize how bad my clients hated NPC and the arrogance of the company.
GYA is a great product but NPC has no idea how to launch a difficult drug. Therefore it shit the bed. I hope they have learned that two other difficult oral meds have come out and completely kicked in the door.
I look forward to seeing management in the future begging for a job.

Same boat as you, but Im still here. I have had three telecons, and need to prepare 2 spreadsheets before friday. Micromanagement is all this BU knows. Im about to take a 20k cut in base to leave. Im so miserable its worth it. I stayed as long as I did for the hope of getting the stock grant, but after so many screwing's, Im not getting fooled again.

Stock grant, stock grant... no way is anyway making the stock grant. Srfs down significantly and not rebounding.
