All the MS people are gone what are you talking about. Maybe they should of listened to them leadership has failed every step of the way.
 








I left Novartis and I had MS experience. Gilenya is a excellent drug but in the hands of fool's. I am now selling another MS drug with a company that cares about what I think. If Dagmar and Randi had any clue the drug would have 20% market share. Think about leaving the clock is ticking on Gilenya.

We all are thinking of leaving by Neurology opportunities are scarce.I see where this is heading and it is not good.If sales continue to slide there will be layoffs
 




















I did not make bonus! I was on track for 107% just 3 weeks away from payout and then my numbers were recalculated, AKA "FILTERED" and now finishes 94%!!! ????? What ???? Wheres my 13% excuses, none given. What a bother pill 2 swallow.!!

They did a great job with the MSBU town hall, what a waste of an hour.... I could have been sleeping or something more constructive. Glad upper mgmt was nice enough to pat themselves on the back the whole meeting and then the biggest slap in the face...."oh, and sales is doing a good job too". There is the problem right there, these morons think THEY are the reason this drug sells......THEM! Not the sales people... And the Gilenya Giants are jokes too, better ass kissers than the rest is all they were....(JOKES) This place has gone to crap can't wait to leave. Screw me on my bonus, screw my friends from their kickers and now take claim of all the hard work the field does......screw you Randi and Dagmar......SCREW YOU!

Pay the bonus and the kickers.....people getting raked over the coals for their hard work is not excusable! Many people UNHAPPY here......and only to get worse since this is NOT being addressed by our so called management! Step up to the plate Dagmar and do whats right for once!!!!!!!!!
 












seems like management has found a way to fudge the numbers and now the national average is 102%. I would like to know what the national average was so that we could compare the difference.
