Dagmar lead this division like the captain of the Titanic. Never did see the obstacles ahead and now we are losing share. Its over unless Techfidera shits the bed which is wishful thinking. Everybody is looking for a exit strategy.

The Novartians thought they could run the MSBU just like the other BUs.They were soooo wrong and now they are paying the price.It has only been out a few weeks and look what is happening.This is without managed care advantages.This is without promotion to Drs or patients.Call it DMF to confuse the Drs and maybe this will stop the Drs from using the product.Stupid!
 












Sorry to hurt your feelings novartian. But its true, the docs do not have any confidence in your novartian I Pad "thinking like a customer" sales call.

I hope your referring to the brand team and not the "original" MS sales force. Trust me, most of us oldies got the picture quickly. Please clarify who your speaking about.
 




The truth is everybody in the MS division hates working here. Most are just waiting to find a new job. Gilenya is a top notch drug our leadership are losers. They can now watch Biogen add new patients by the thousands. The June meeting will be pathetic.

The most important sentence is "everybody in the MS division hates working here" This is so true. Everyone who I discuss the job states they would leave even if the next job paid less. There is no trust of leadership.
 




I hate this place, as does my entire team....screwed out of bonus money on technical bullsh!t for getting a '1' last year even though I missed a '2' by a few scripts.......worked my ass off to be slapped down like a bitch. Well I'm already interviewing and can't wait to leave, hopefully I have a job by the June meeting because, I'm going......and I'm calling them all out on stage!!!! In front of everyone, so we can all see the lies and BS they feed us.......better hide those microphones during question time in the general session..... Lets get it on!!!!!!!

Multiple sales incentive contests would not be necessary if the morale was high and the competition wasn't about to crush Gilenya. It reflects poorly on leadership when many MS employees want the division to fail.

I am taking my child to the park today instead of working. I want the division to fail that's the only way we will get real change. Why work just to have them toy with the numbers. I am sure we will all miss the contest by 1 TRX.
 




Did anyone receive a call from FAH Employment solutions asking about job satisfaction in the MS division?They said not affilated with Novartis but knew the MS division had high employment dissatisfaction.At the end they asked if I was opposed if a labor attorney contacted me.Interesting?
 




I wake up everyday with dread to see what other bs they will throw at us or try to implement. Actually think Dagmar knows what she is doing. It is all the mid-levels who screw everything up. They do not want to listen to true issues in the field and just create more busy work. We know how to run our territory. Call plan bs, ipad bs, theracom bs, cognos bs, mid year bs.... Q2 over and done and we have no numbers. They just drop the ball in the details of execution and the field has to clean up all the mistakes. No accountability on mid- level management. And if you ask too many questions or dig to deep you get shot down with.... Your job is to get SRF's. So management.... marketing ...... Theracomm..... The docs are not writing because ya"ll screw it up and you do not give us enough info to fix it. Here is another piece of info.... your managed markets team at a local level do nothing! Our medical team does nothing. They can not get appts in our offices... Marketing team.... Do not push 1 st line when you can not get insurances to cover it. But my biggest piece of advice is explain our numbers because Cognos is BS. You have lost the trust of the sales force. How will you fix it?

If you look the company up on the internet they also do consulting. Would not tell them anything. Especially about employment attorney. What if Novartis hired them to see who is interested in getting a lawyer? Target on your back. Looking at the website does not make sense for them to call us.

I asked for the information before I talked to them. Sent me a link to an employment lawyer who specializes in class action employment matters. I have my interview with a lawyer next Wednesday.

Great post! sums it up. My ABL is so clueless and being new has no idea what our team has gone through. All This person says is" I cant understand why you dont have more SRFs?" ahhhhh, maybe because we pissed every prescriber off due the companies shitty follow through process and most patients never got on therapy??????I bet that has something to do with it.
