I wake up everyday with dread to see what other bs they will throw at us or try to implement. Actually think Dagmar knows what she is doing. It is all the mid-levels who screw everything up. They do not want to listen to true issues in the field and just create more busy work. We know how to run our territory. Call plan bs, ipad bs, theracom bs, cognos bs, mid year bs.... Q2 over and done and we have no numbers. They just drop the ball in the details of execution and the field has to clean up all the mistakes. No accountability on mid- level management. And if you ask too many questions or dig to deep you get shot down with.... Your job is to get SRF's. So management.... marketing ...... Theracomm..... The docs are not writing because ya"ll screw it up and you do not give us enough info to fix it. Here is another piece of info.... your managed markets team at a local level do nothing! Our medical team does nothing. They can not get appts in our offices... Marketing team.... Do not push 1 st line when you can not get insurances to cover it. But my biggest piece of advice is explain our numbers because Cognos is BS. You have lost the trust of the sales force. How will you fix it?
