Who made 100% in MS Division

So how many people made the kicker. Many fell below 100% seems very fishy to me.

All the dipshits who made kickers were the ones who fudged every "drive by" call!!....Come on people, get on board!! The way to survive in this company is to give them "pink elephants."
The managers want to see 100% call attainment on top tier 1 Docs.....you know good and well you can't see them!! You better put the calls in.....or NO bonus for YOU!!! The bad thing about this, your manger, ASM, and HIS boss all did this as Reps....that's why they are in the position they are IN!!!!

2 weeks later and still upset....and yes I was WAY over 100%. Did I get the kicker or the multiplier? NO! Why you ask? Hmmm because I was just under (and I mean just under) 100% for my 2012 objectives....so I got a sub par 1 for meeting objectives...don't get shit this year as a result. No retention bonus stock, no kickers, no multipliers....just JACK SHIT!!! Once again we are going to see a less than ideal drug climb to the top...Who cares that Gilenya is better tolerated and better efficacy? obviously marketing and the brand team don't because they can't seem to pull together any strategy worth selling what should be a blockbuster drug.

Sam here and if they don't address this at the April meetings, I work less now, than I have since getting screwed.....sink my territory and leave. All my doctors know this bait and switch they pulled and they hate Novartis more than I do.....lol....

IN RESPONSE TO POSTER #39:

Not only MS physicians think Novartis is a bad company...ALL physicians and surgeons (unless paid high $$$ on speaker bureau) feel the same. Most of the "Good" reps were terminated in the last 4 years with the inability to return if a position came up. This was the terms to get paid your severance...sign, receive, but never, ever allowed to work for Novartis Companies again. Understandable if severance was $250,000! It was 20 weeks for the woman/man that was there 1 year or 10 years. Physicians have been told this. Physicians were apathetic and sympathetic for their favorite reps.

Now, MS reps: 100% goes to Dangmar. Raundy, Cornrad, and the top, because apparently, somewhere and somehow, the numbers are not right. Ask Vasmella how much he made in bonus and you will discover where your went. This has happened many times in every specialty division within the company.

Suggestion: Start looking outside of the industry. Pharma sales are going by the wayside. E Marketing and generics will take over. Access will be nill, physicians are selling out to hospital systems that do not allow access. A friend of mine is a Urologist and they closed their group practice to join a hospital. He stated he gets paid less in salary, has to see a quota of patients per month/quarter or his salary is adjusted, cannot see reps, but does not have all of the management or financial liabilities. This is being seen across the country.

If you find a position with a new competitor and leave, do it while you can or suffer the wrath and play hell trying to find another job in the industry. It is tough out here.

Woke up today around 10am, called some fellow reps in sourrounding territories, met for lunch, we all went home.....actually took the call and didn't listen to one ounce of BS that came out of it. Don't want to address the 800lb gorilla in the room people.....neither will we. Can't wait until happy hour tommorrow..... on Novartis of course. (Not screwing this lady out of her money.......Helllllllll no!)

I left a year ago. When you hire leadership with no MS experience this is what happens. Damar was never willing to understand the MS market. Life is great away from Novartis. I wish you all the best of luck.

I left Novartis as well. The grass is definitely greener on the other side. For example:
1. No calls per day tracking
2. No "Core messages" you have to repeat over and over
3. Leadership who can say, " we made a mistake"
4. Partnerships between acct. mgrs. and field
5. Counterparts who sold in MS space
6. Total geography ownership
7. A compliance dept. that wants to work with you not against you
8. Directors and Mgrs. who understand MS space
9. Calling on Neuro's and not cardiologists
10. Not having to worry about your customers taking pity on you
Because they know BG12 is going to crush your drug

Wonder if they'll actually come to the conclusion that a restructure of the goals, kickers and criteria is what the field is screaming about and maybe, just maybe they should listen to the people that pay the damn bills for this company....... personally, the first opportunity that comes along, I'm gone....5 years in this circus was enough. Good luck, Biogen is going to crush us with how unmotivated everyone is......great job home office.

I know at least 20 plus people with their resumes out, and they are the only ones I spoke too. After getting screwed and lied to about bonus dollars, kicker payouts and mystery numbers many of us are off to the next best thing... There will be about 3 S1P blockers coming out in the next few years, the writing is on the wall......add to it how we are treated by upper management, have fun sinking alone,,,,,

I left for another MS company so glad I did. Great job Dagmar did you think running it like a primary care division would work. The ship is sinking and I bet the captain jumps to another division.

The recycled trash of home office gets moved around home office, no new ideas, no thought leaders and nobody who is cutting edge......you wonder why the MSBU is in disarry......they better change those kicker and goal rules for the 2nd tri......
