Who made 100% in MS Division

...and leadership told us T3 goals took into account a competitor launch. They give us a 25% increase in goal. What were we supposed to grow if there was no new competitor??? 35%? Such a joke. Have we ever had 25% increase before? Not for me. so why now? Do the right thing for your reps and they will stay motivated, put out unrealistic goals and you get back the effort and low morale you deserve.

What you need to understand is the Novartis doesn't change..You accept it or leave.

When is Genzyme expanding? There should be some opportunities outside of NVS soon. The days of earning more than $30k bonus will be over starting T3.Leadership spent the bonus money early so T3 bonus will be low and moving forward don't expect much.

Biogen MS drug scripts up 12% in week eight, says Citigroup
Citigroup says that in its eighth week of launch, scripts for Biogen's (BIIB) multiple sclerosis drug Tecfidera were up 12% to 2,203. Citi notes it took 54 weeks for Novartis' (NVS) Gilenya to reach that scrip level. The firm says Tecfidera is set to beat Q2 and 2013 estimates by a large amount and it keeps a Buy rating on shares of Biogen.

I am on the road 4 days a week away from my family. I feel like I deserve my bonus for the sacrifices I make. Don't speak for me I do not share your view.
