Here is some info for you. If you look at the slide presentation given last June-july on the kicker bonus etc, it says that all criteria for being elegible for the bonus is spelled out on pages 17-24......well guess whats on page 16, the place where they state having a "ONE" excludes you....look at it, read it, and get it to a good lawyer..... then go get your MONEY!!!! A typo yes but in lawyer land, it's blood in the water........GO GET THEM!

Sounds like a valid case......beat them with their horrible wording and technicalites....kind of how they screwed us all on the kicker bonus with those same technicality....lawyer time!

As a grad with a law degree and never got to take the boards yet, this is almost a slam dunk case.......sue their asses off! Get your due bonus money, I work in home office and they look at the sales reps as used car sales men and total jokes. Some of us respect you guys, you pay the damn bills......they knew a a lot of people were getting screwed on this and sat back and watched you take it..........like lap dogs should! Get their asses is my advise before the time limit on a suit runs out!!!!!

No one in home office would post nonsense like this. Go back to working your 20 hours a week you lazy rep. No wonder SRFs are in the tank.

No one in home office is SMART enough to write this you mean.... I made the company a few million dollars this past year with my sales. What did you bring in??????? Oh, that's right....NOTHING!!!! Funny how miserable everyone was at the Atlanta meeting. Nice to see how much this company is screwing their reps on Multiplier bonus....... this quarter and last. There is no loyalty here and upper management created it. They will understand it when half the sales force leaves, if not more. I'm so disappointed in what I thought was a respectable place to work....resume out and looking to leave.

I'm not in MS but we all not NVS is not a respectable place to work. It is a paycheck. No more and no less. Lawsuit after lawsuit proves this point.

The meeting was so bad like a funeral. Nobody will have swagger when you screw us every payout. Pizza making are you kidding me what am I 6 years years old.
