Back to your cube you useless drone.... Now mail me some marketing pieces so you can pretend you matter, so I can throw the junk out!!!!

Why leave?? I'll leave when another drug comes along, take my relationships, my contacts, my knowledge and hit them where it hurts......in the old money bag. Leadership doesn't get it and never will....... Pay your reps what they earned....they are productive and happy. Screw them and they don't work and don't care. It's a simple principle when you look at it.......but clueless drones never get it.
 




The fact that dag didnt address the moral proves that they can care less. The bus ride to the POA was interesting.....everyone talking about leaving. Why the hell are we focusing on efficacy when the the major issue is the time it takes for patients to get on drug. Docs know its efective, but also know its a major pain in the ass to get a patient on. You will see my swagger when I turn in my car.
 




You are right fix the FDO issues the data will not sell the drug anymore. It was the most depressing meeting I ever attended. I wish leadership would say "Hey we will never be market leader due to FDO but lets get to 15% market share by next year. That would be truthful and refreshing.

I would love to know if Dagmar, Randi and marketing really believe the data really sells Gilenya. I was surprised how many people are waiting for Genzyme interviews. The meeting was very depressing and not one person I talked with was happy.
 








Leadership will be gone soon Basal will not put up with such poor results. I think the new NE expansion is a last ditch effort to save Gilenya.

Recruiters calling about the job. He knows nothing about MS and called me to learn. I warned him about the toxic culture.

I talked with HR and the first thing I was asked was....how are things?? If I actually trusted this company, I would have spilled the beans. but instead, I was forced to say "fine"....afraid of being targeted by my RD who already hates most of us.
 




So my understanding is that your company, has put a kicker and multiplier bonus attached to results in the first two trimesters.......but somewhere hidden in the small words and mumbles are the stipulations for that bonus. In those stipulations it states that on pages from 17-24 are the stipulations to qualify, but the part that every one is getting screwed over on is on page 16 (interesting) So in a nut shell, a company that 'prides' itself on employee satisfaction, has set up a 'scheme' to have reps who received an unfavorable rating from last year to not qualify for the increased sales they earned this year. How does that work again???? This is a sales organization, that rewards efforts ahead of the time line that should never be reflective of the past. So in a nut shell your bonus moving forward should never be affected by what has come from past sales numbers..... My friend was right, this is a sad place to work that only fosters the negative, she stated her distain for her company and I can see why........so anti-rep, back wards and completely goes against everything I learned in my business school, MBA program and all the seminars I have taken about leadership over the years........ You should all have you resumes out and get better jobs with a company that appreciates your efforts....best of luck my friends.
