So my understanding is that your company, has put a kicker and multiplier bonus attached to results in the first two trimesters.......but somewhere hidden in the small words and mumbles are the stipulations for that bonus. In those stipulations it states that on pages from 17-24 are the stipulations to qualify, but the part that every one is getting screwed over on is on page 16 (interesting) So in a nut shell, a company that 'prides' itself on employee satisfaction, has set up a 'scheme' to have reps who received an unfavorable rating from last year to not qualify for the increased sales they earned this year. How does that work again???? This is a sales organization, that rewards efforts ahead of the time line that should never be reflective of the past. So in a nut shell your bonus moving forward should never be affected by what has come from past sales numbers..... My friend was right, this is a sad place to work that only fosters the negative, she stated her distain for her company and I can see why........so anti-rep, back wards and completely goes against everything I learned in my business school, MBA program and all the seminars I have taken about leadership over the years........ You should all have you resumes out and get better jobs with a company that appreciates your efforts....best of luck my friends.
