op here, I am not a Dm here. I’m a rep now, but saying that I’d estimate the person who posted dms travel for personal is the 10% of managers. I know from my former big pharma employer almost all dms I worked with did not enjoy traveling.

I thought it was just me. I had two interviews, sent a couple follow-up emails and was completely ghosted. I find that so unprofessional. I guess if a DM doesn't have the courtesy of taking 2 minutes to at least send an email, that's not someone I want to work for anyway.
