If you have a DM who gets it and actually cares then you know you have a leader, not a manager. Be thankful we have jobs when its been brutal for pharma this year and so many layoffs. We are fortunate to be at a great thriving company.

Mio. Have you been in a meeting? Bitchy, arrogant, rude, condescending. The TLL she hired for California is terrible. No Territory rep or RBD has seen her or gotten results. Excuses for everything. Just like in her territory. None of us talk to her or trust her. Mio got her that reward for the nurses meeting and Chere did not do the work. A female rep did. Not the first time Chere. I heard she was useless at ASCO. Good reps applied for that role and many would be more effective. Heard she complained she did not get the job because of her ethnicity. Only thing that makes sense why she continues to be employed. We can’t stand her. Mio says she is terrific. Birds of a feather. Promote someone with integrity and a work ethic.
